You can never have enough control
Some people may believe that MK-ULTRA is just a conspiracy theory, but I hope that the information that I present here will change your mind. If you still have doubts after reviewing this information, I very much encourage you to do more research on your own. I think a very compelling place to start is with the CIA, since this is their baby, as it were. Under the Freedom of Information Act, the CIA has been compelled to make public their involvement in the MK-ULTRA program. So, if you feel like going through many thousands of pages of CIA sponsored MK-ULTRA programs, just go to www.cia.gov and do a search for MK-ULTRA (taken down since Trump left office, but the internet keeps everything alive, so other links bellow will take to you the information). There is still lots that remains classified, and lots that is redacted, not to mention all that has been destroyed, but you will quickly get the idea once you have a look. Bellow you will find some easier to consume news stories, from reputable sources, and even main stream media. You will also find some documentaries, podcasts, and other research. Also, this is hardly a secrete any more, just do a quick search on YouTube for MK ULTRA.
Half way down this article you will find clues to the origins of the MK-ULTRA program, and you will be very surprised to see who was involved. Ultimately, MK ULTRA came out of the Nazis programs during the second world war, which were then continued by the same scientists employed by the CIA under operation paperclip.

Project Paperclip
Basically, Project Paperclip was the acquiring and integrating of most of the Nazi brain trust after WWII into US infrastructure. For instance, Nazi rocket scientists went to work for NASA, and the Nazi propaganda machine went to work for the CIA and Project Mockingbird. Once you re-frame all of WWII from the perspective of the goals of the New World Order, it all makes a lot more sense. The human experimentation that Bayer engaged in, was paid for, in part by the Rothschilds and the British Royal Family (in other words, the New World Order). Everything that was learned by the Nazi propaganda machine was then used against the US and global populations, the chemical engineers made Agent Orange, which then became Round-up that continues to poison us today, and we are still being subjected to fluoride and chlorine in our water, which is what they gave to the POWs to keep them under control. 3 City States
There are 3 city states that run the entire world, and a single Crown corporation that controls all 3. Those three city states are London (financial control), Vatican (spiritual control), and Washington DC (military control). This part is easy enough to understand, with the City of London Corporation housing every major bank in the world within its square mile, Vatican City being the spiritual centre for over 2 billion people, and Washington DC controlling the worlds most powerful military. However, knowing and understanding who controls the Crown corporation is a little more challenging, mostly because it is unseen and the vast majority of us have never heard of it.
